About Me

Nurse, Writer, Cancer Survivor

My passion for learning, research, and helping others has led me to where I am today.

My initial career began proudly serving in our armed forces.  After my duty was completed, I began to look for other professions where I could help others. This led me to my career in the medical field.

I never expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer, but as a registered nurse, it has given me first-hand knowledge and insight into patient experiences.

After my diagnosis, I faced an initial lack of guidance in my journey which inspired me to create and write content for others with similar occurrences.

I also began designing breast cancer planners and journals for survivors and caregivers to promote self-healing and track their journey.

Now I focus on creating what brings me happiness and joy. Extending my creative ideas, crafting personalized notepads, bookmarks, and continuing to write.

When I'm not writing, I enjoy visiting locations with warm weather and sandy beaches, reading, and practicing yoga.
